When attempting to connect my clothing, I receive an "unrecognized tag" error. How can I resolve this issue?
- Download the NFC Tools app.
- Scan the tag.
- Submit the serial number to the merchandise retailer with a description of the clothing item the tag is attached to.
What does a "Tag already in use" error mean and how can I resolve it?
A “Tag already in use” error indicates that our anti-cheat mechanism has been triggered. This can occur due to the following reasons:
- You connected your clothing item, forcefully closed the app, and then attempted to connect the same item again within the same hour.
- You connected your clothing item, the app crashed, and then you tried to reconnect the same item within the same hour.
- The clothing item is already connected to another device.
Please note that the chip will automatically unlock within an hour.
How do I delete my account?
You can close your account with us at anytime through our app.
Note: Closing your account is permanent and cannot be undone. This will permanently remove all of your data from the app and any accumulated points will be forfeited.
- Log in to your account via the app.
- Select the “My Account” user icon at the bottom right of your screen.
- Select “Delete My Account”.
- Confirm selecting by “Yes, Delete My Account” on the following screen.
