When attempting to connect my clothing, I receive an "unrecognized tag" error. How can I resolve this issue?

If you encounter an “unrecognized tag” error while connecting your clothing, please follow these steps: Download the NFC Tools app, scan the tag, and then submit the serial number along with a description of the clothing item the tag is attached to in the support portal.

What should I do if the chip stops functioning or detaches from the clothing?

In the event that your chip ceases to function or becomes detached from your clothing, we will provide a replacement chip. To request this, please submit a ticket via our support portal, including information about the issue with the chip, a description of the affected clothing item, and your shipping address.

What does a "Tag already in use" error mean and how can I resolve it?

A “Tag already in use” error indicates that our anti-cheat mechanism has been triggered. This can occur due to the following reasons:

  • You connected your clothing item, forcefully closed the app, and then attempted to connect the same item again within the same hour.
  • You connected your clothing item, the app crashed, and then you tried to reconnect the same item within the same hour.
  • The clothing item is already connected to another device.

Please note that the chip will automatically unlock within an hour.

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, please note that this must be handled on our end, as the app does not yet support this functionality. Kindly provide us with your username and desired new password, and we will make the necessary changes for you.
